During the TVDS3 Finale Evilaric staked Klaus' body. Klaus himself revealed (3x21) that he was the source of Damon & Stefan's bloodline (which basically also includes many of the main characters) and as we learned from what happened with Finn & Sage (3x18), this meant that Damon & Stefan would die within the hour from the moment when Klaus was staked (along with everybody else on their bloodline).
Now, during the episode we were led to believe that Damon was so far out of town that he wouldn't have made it back to Mystic Falls in time for a "group goodbye" (Stefan points it out talking on the phone with Damon). But here's where something weird happens.
Rebekah was with Damon when Evilaric staked Klaus, and YET she DID make it back to Mystic Falls in time to have a chat with Elijah, set up a vengeance plan to kill Elena and she even found the time to let Stefan know about her evil evil plan (ain't she STUPID? LoL).
Damon told her to run away, TRUE, which definitely gave her a few minutes lead on him. But still, she was already standing on Wickery Bridge right after Elena ended herugly phonecall with Damon. How could it be? If Damon couldn't have made it back to Mystic Falls within the hour, the same should've been true for Rebekah, shouldn't it?
I mean, do the Mikaelsons own a private jet and we didn't know about it?

But this is not all. Also Bonnie seemed to be able to be back in town very quickly. Does she fly on a broomstick now or what?
I mean, it seems like EVERYBODY was able to run back to Mystic Falls in almost no time, while Damon mysteriously wasn't. Why? It doesn't make ANY SENSE. What was it (apart from the writers' will) that prevented him from coming back to Mystic Falls in time as well? Yes, NOTHING.
The writers wanted him far from town so that they could force Elena's choice on Stefan (LAME, LoL), but they also needed Rebekah and Bonnie in Mystic Falls for their "EPIC" plot twists. #Sarcastic
So they just brought them back pretending that they weren't in the EXACT SAME place where Damon also was... I mean, LMAO! How retarded is that?
That's why -IMO- this was the lamest and most pointless TVD finale ever.
Setting up things to make them work at your will is fine, but ONLY when they make sense as a whole. Sorry writers, but the only EPIC thing about this finale, was the #EpicFAIL.
Oh and for your information, about Elena turning, you DIDN'T make it to keep it a secret. People on Twitter were already speculating about it WEEKS before the finale aired! #DoubleFAIL
